While the Historical Center will be closed for rennovations beginning August 1st for approximately eight months, be sure to visit our historic properties. The Historical Society operates three museum houses and one historic site. These properties and the Milwaukee County Historical Society's downtown Historical Center are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Early nineteenth century Milwaukee settlers from diverse origins are represented by Trimborn Farm, the Jeremiah Curtin House, the Lowell Damon House and Kilbourntown House.
